The La Vie de Jardin
Art Exhibition
La Vie de Jardin at Lakeshore is an immersive outdoor art exhibition hosted at the Lakeshore Community Center, set against the historic backdrop of the Withers-Maguire House. Designed as a refined yet accessible cultural experience, the event brings together visual art, live performance, and culinary arts in a thoughtfully curated garden setting.
The exhibition is uniquely structured to offer a dual experience. One side of the lawn features a vibrant garden exhibition where artists present and sell their work, creating direct engagement between artists and the public. The other side hosts live entertainment, including theatrical performances—highlighted in its inaugural 2024 season by an original play sharing the exhibition’s name—along with music and curated programming.
La Vie de Jardin elevates the traditional art show by integrating hospitality and atmosphere. Guests enjoy chef-prepared small plates, thoughtfully paired wines, and attentive table service. The use of quality tableware and a carefully designed environment reinforces the event’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and a high-caliber guest experience.
